Grilled Plum and Radicchio Salad
  • Grilled Radicchio
  • Grilled Plum
  • Grilled Onion
  • Orange/Balsamic vinaigrette
  • Chopped Fresh Thyme
Quarter whole radicchio, rough cut onion, sliced plum - grilled with a little salt and pepper, olive oil, cooled and dressed per with the balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Julienne of Cucumber
  • Julienne of Daikon Radish
  • Lemon Zest
  • Rice vinegar/Lemon juice/Black Pepper
Julienned and mixed together.... dressed with the rice vinegar/lemon juice, lemon zest and black pepper.
  • Toasted, Chopped Hazel Nuts
  • Herbed Chevre'- Garlic Croutons
    • Chopped chive, zest
  • Floral white wine and Orange Juice Reduction
Toast the nuts, cool and chop... sprinkle on the plate.... dress the plate with a bit of balsamic vinaigrette and the orange juice reduction.
